BI ANALYTICS & CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to spearhead the full spectrum of finance, accounting and office administration for a growing FMCG business in Singapore.

The role reports to the Group CEO and requires strong governance and practical business support across functions. The candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash flow management, while ensuring GST/VAT and corporate tax compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years progressive experience in finance and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full finance function: AP/AR/GL, month-end close, audits.
• Own financial reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis.
• Drive budgeting and rolling forecasts for brands, channels and customers.
• Monitor costs, trade spend, promotions and expenses for profitability.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, credit control and bank relations.
• Ensure GST/VAT/compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate Singapore grants and related documentation.
• Oversee admin, payroll review and HR admin processes.
• Improve ERP/accounting systems usage and workflows.

Job description

Role Overview

Looking for a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance, accounting and office administration for a growing fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business in Singapore. The role ensures accurate reporting, strong governance and practical business support, reporting directly to the Group CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function: full sets of accounts (AP,AR, GL), month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting and audit schedules.
• Own financial reporting: management reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis and commentary.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting: annual budget, rolling forecast, scenario analysis and performance tracking for brands, channels and key customers.
• Cost control and margin management: monitor COGS, trade spend, promotions and operating expenses, recommending initiatives to improveprofitability and efficiency.
• Working capital and cash flow: manage cash flow, credit control, inventory audits, payment terms and bank relationships to optimise liquidity.
• Tax and compliance: ensure compliance with local accounting standards, GST/VAT and corporate tax filings, internal controls, policies and SOPs.
• Prepare and submit Singapore business grants (includingEDGE and other relevant schemes) and coordinate related documentation and claims.
• Admin and HR support: oversee general officeadministration, contracts, basic HR admin including payroll review, benefits data and staff expense claims.
• Systems and process improvement: enhance ERP/accountingsystems usage, streamline workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• 7-10 years' progressive experience in finance and administration, including at least 3-5 years in the FMCG or consumer/retail sector preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax and internal controls; proven track record inclosing books and leading audits.
• Good knowledge of Singapore tax regime and regulatory frameworks, including corporate income tax, GST and compliance requirements.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and commercial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g.SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
