bi analytics & consulting pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Finance & Administration Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance, accounting and office administration for a growing FMCG business.

You will report directly to the Group CEO and ensure accurate reporting, governance, and practical business support. The role covers controls, budgeting, cash flow, tax compliance and cross-functional partnering with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, with ERP optimization and grant submissions

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• 7–10 years’ progressive experience in finance and administration, including 3–5 years in FMCG/retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax and internal controls; proven track record inclosing books and audits.
• Good knowledge of Singapore tax regime and regulatory frameworks, including corporate income tax, GST and compliance.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and commercial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function: full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting and audits.
• Own financial reporting: management reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis and commentary.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting: annual budget, rolling forecast, scenario analysis and performance tracking for brands, channels and key customers.
• Cost control and margin management: monitor COGS, trade spend, promotions and operating expenses, recommending initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Working capital and cash flow: manage cash flow, credit control, inventory audits, payment terms.
• Tax and compliance: ensure compliance with local accounting standards, GST/VAT and corporate tax filings, internal controls, policies and SOPs.
• Prepare and submit Singapore grants (EDGE and schemes) and coordinate related documentation and claims.
• Admin and HR support: oversee office administration, contracts, payroll review, benefits data and staff expense claims.
• Business partnering: support Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain with commercial analyses (pricing, trade terms, ROI on campaigns, new product launches).
• Systems and process improvement: enhance ERP/accounting systems usage, streamline workflows and documentation.
