Job summary

Keenfinity, a globally leading provider of security and professional communication solutions, is seeking a finance-oriented intern in Singapore. The role involves supporting SAP reporting, forecasting, and preparing slides for meetings to assist the sales and finance teams.

The candidate should be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance or related fields, with strong Excel and English communication skills, and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in Finance or related courses.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate SAP reports.
• Assist in sales forecasting and analysis.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for internal and external meetings.
• Handle pricing, discount structures, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Participate in month-end and year-end stock takes.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required.
