Job summary

KEENFINITY Group in Singapore seeks a Finance/Sales analysis assistant to support SAP reporting, forecasting and pricing governance. You will collaborate with experienced teams to prepare slides in PowerPoint, analyze data in Excel, and assist with stock takes and administration.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance or related fields, with strong English communication, numerical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Finance or related field is required or pursued.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate SAP reports
• Assist in sales forecasting and analysis
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for internal and external meetings
• Handle pricing, discount structures, and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Participate in month-end and year-end stock takes
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required
