Job summary

PestBusters Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Full Accounts Executive to support the full spectrum of accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies. You will work with the Finance & Accounting Manager to maintain the general ledger and assist with timely financial reporting.

You will coordinate with the Shared Services Finance team to ensure offsite transactions are well-documented and processed efficiently, while supporting audits and statutory filings as required.

Qualifications

• Maintains general ledger accuracy and integrity.
• Prepares journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Performs balance sheet reconciliations and investigates variances.
• Supports month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Ensure records comply with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with variance analysis and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Shared Services for offsite accounting transactions.
