Job summary

Bigbitecompany Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent accounting professional to support month-end closings, audits, and tax submissions. You will help prepare daily sales reports, manage cash, and monitor accounts receivable aging.

Collaborating with the Malaysia team, you will contribute to ERP transitions and process improvements, leveraging your degree or diploma in accountancy and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Prior experience in ERP transitions and process optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support yearly financial audits and corporate tax submissions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage daily cash control.
• File withholding tax in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances through aging analysis.
• Collaborate with the Malaysia team to ensure smooth coordination of finance processes.
