Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports and analysis.
• Perform month-end and quarterly closing of books.
• Manage Accounts Payable: booking entries, payments and related documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and credit exposure; follow up on long‑outstanding arrears.
• Maintain clean, organized AR and AP records.
• Bank and intercompany reconciliations; investigate and follow up on outstanding transactions.
• Ensure GST tax compliance and quarterly GST submissions.
• Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and liaise with them.
• Communicate with management on account questions and issues.
• Other assigned tasks as required by management.
