Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage daily operations, AP/AR, and invoicing. The role entails month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance, strong analytical skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Interest in ad-hoc projects and teamwork is essential.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Organized and meticulous with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and administration support services.
• Perform AP & AR accounting and bank reconciliation.
• Sales incentives & commission compilation and calculation.
• Perform daily accounting entries, weekly payment processing and monthly staff claims.
• Effective management of month-end/year-end closing accounting schedules and reconciliation on suppliers and customers.
• Issuance / posting of invoices.
• Preparation of sales report.
• Sorting and filing of documents.
• Ensure timely completeness in accounting closing and accuracy in accounting reports.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments.
