Job summary

PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance/Accounts Executive in Singapore, central region. The role handles cash flow projection, budgeting, and collaboration with the Company Secretary on statutory filings, regulatory updates, and vessel-related matters.

The candidate should have a diploma/degree in accounting with at least 3 years of accounting experience and be comfortable coordinating with auditors, tax authorities, and MOM reporting requirements. Salary up to SGD 4,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow projections and budgeting.
• Handle audit and tax matters.
• Liaise with Company Secretary for statutory filings and regulatory updates.
• Review bank loan documents and related loan matters.
• Liaise with MPA on vessel-related matters.
• Admin tasks: filing Govt Statistics and reporting crew injuries to MOM.

• To review bank loan documents and related loan matters
• Liaise with MPA on matters relating to vessels
• Administrative work- filing of Govt Statistics, reporting of crew injury to MOM, etc
