Job summary

SUNMAN SOLUTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage full set of accounts, including GL, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations, and to prepare financial statements and reports.

The role supports project managers with cost tracking, invoicing, collections, and payments, and liaises with auditors and tax agents to ensure statutory compliance. You will help with forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis, maintaining accurate records for internal and audit purposes

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and budgets; support project managers with cost tracking
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for statutory compliance
• Maintain and organize financial records for internal and audit purposes
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting
