Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to take ownership of assigned finance modules and cost centres in Singapore.

You will oversee month‑end and year‑end closes, verify transaction accuracy in the ERP, and prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and cash & bank statements.

Requirements include a Degree in Accountancy and 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in Linen or F&B industries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in Linen or F&B industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned finance modules and cost centres.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactions and reporting outputs.
• Manage AR/AP, P2P, GL, GST, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close with data integrity.
• Check validity of transactions on management reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain schedules such as fixed assets registers and bank reconciliations.
