Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyze financial performance, and support month-end close.

The role requires 7+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to identify cost improvements. You'll develop financial models, support pricing decisions and strategic initiatives, while ensuring governance through SOX controls and audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A / financial analysis experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, costing, inventory analysis and variance analysis.
• Auditing exposure (Big 4 or internal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with business teams for timely submissions.
• Analyse financial performance across revenue, margins, costs, inventory and profitability.
• Support month-end closing activities including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare financial models and business cases for pricing, capex and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting visibility.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support audits, SOX compliance, internal controls and governance activities.
• Guide juniors and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and ad-hoc projects.
