Job summary

CEI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Data & Analytics Specialist to drive financial insights through data analytics and AI-enabled tools. You will support closing, reporting, forecasting, and digital finance initiatives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

You will develop interactive dashboards with Power BI/Tableau, perform cost analyses, and contribute to ERP implementation and automation projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, audit schedules, balance sheets, and cash flow statements using automated tools and digital systems.
• Analyze financial performance using AI-enabled tools and data analytics platforms.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Apply predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting through data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Perform cost analysis on manufacturing, material, and operational expenses and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support financial modeling and analysis to enhance decision-making processes across the organization.
• Participate in ERP implementation and finance system enhancement projects, including automation and AI integration.
• Lead process improvements by implementing RPA, automation tools, and digital workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
