Panasonic Industrial Devices Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to lead end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination, and internal controls in Batam.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and continuous process improvements, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to PSAK and Indonesian regulations.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fully based in Batam.
• Experience in an Indonesian manufacturing company preferred.
• Strong understanding of PSAK, tax rules and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit coordination and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and process improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal representatives and corporate secretarial parties.
• Develop accounting policies and SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experiencedFinance Executiveto lead end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit/tax coordination, and internal controls. The role will also support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and continuous process improvement.Based full-time in Batam.

Job Description

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare accounting entries, review schedules, and manage account reconciliations.

• Oversee monthly and annual closing processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial and consolidated reports.

• Perform financial analysis and variance analysis, and resolve reporting issues.

Compliance, Audit & Tax Management

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Indonesia tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, legal representatives, and corporate secretarial parties.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

Policy Development & Business Support

• Develop and implement accounting policies and SOPs.

• Support operations through ad-hoc assignments, special projects, and financial advisory activities.

• Ensure compliance with management approval regulations and company procedures.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Establish and strengthen internal control systems.

• Safeguard company assets, including inventory and fixed assets.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management

• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor and plan cash flow to ensure sufficient funding for operations.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Accountancyor equivalent professional qualification.

• Brevet A, B & C(or equivalent).

Key Requirements

• Min. 5 yearsof relevant work experience

• Fully based in Batam

• Experience working in an Indonesian company (manufacturing industry preferred).

• Strong understanding ofPSAK, tax rules and regulations, and relevant government regulations.

• Knowledge and experience inSAP.

• Proficient inMicrosofttools,Power BI, and other ERP / AI systems.

Language

• Fluent inBahasa Indonesia and English(spoken and written), as this role is based in Batam.
