Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including payable, receivable, GL, and monthly closing.

The role covers invoice processing, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and monthly financial reporting. The successful candidate will liaise with overseas subsidiaries (US and Japan), maintain accurate records, and support audit schedules while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software will be an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, organised and able to maintain accuracy when handling financial information.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and monthly closing activities.
• Process and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and completeness before payment processing.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accurate billing and timely processing.
• Record and update customer receipts and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Maintain bank transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Review and verify monthly inventory reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Verify and process employee expense claims in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST reports and related submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules, maintaining the fixed assets register and compiling management reports.
• Liaise with overseas subsidiaries in the United States and Japan on relevant accounting and financial matters.
