Job summary

Waterscape System Professionals in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to perform mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance for swimming pools and building services, ensuring system functionality and safety.

The role involves troubleshooting, spare parts management, supervising maintenance workers, and clear English communication with the team. Working hours are Mon-Sat, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; salary range SGD 2,500 to 3,500, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or air conditioning work.
• Hold a Class 3 driving license to operate company van as required.

• Conduct technical troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to support timely repairs and maintenance activities
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance workers to ensure effective task completion and adherence to safety standards
• Communicate clearly in English to report issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors

• Perform mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation and maintenance to ensure system functionality and safety
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to support timely repairs and maintenance activities
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance workers to ensure effective task completion and adherence to safety standards
• Communicate clearly in English to report issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a Class 3 driving license to operate company van as required
• Possess prior experience in electrical, mechanical, or air conditioning work to perform technical duties effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed Nitec or Polytechnic education as a foundation for technical skills
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an additional advantage for team collaboration and communication
