Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites a Technical Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical assistance for equipment and systems. You will be based near Lentor MRT and may need to travel to site for installations and servicing.

Responsibilities include installation, testing, maintenance, site visits, and reporting. You will coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers while ensuring ISO-compliant workflows and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required.
• Prepare project workflow procedures to ensure ISO compliance.
