Job summary

ASML Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced service engineer to maintain and repair ASML Twinscan systems on-site in Singapore. You will define action plans, lead maintenance upgrades that span multiple days, and interact with customers at various levels within the account team.

The role requires cross-competency knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to grow colleagues while solving most problems independently.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing ASML Twinscan systems.
• Able to perform routine troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of escalation procedures and 2nd/3rd line support.

Responsibilities

• Defines action plans for maintenance activities and upgrades.
• Leads a team and coordinates with customers and account teams.
• Grows others and solves most problems independently.
• Performs routine troubleshooting and preventive actions per procedures.
• Follows standard escalation protocols including 2nd and 3rd line support.

Able to repair and service ASML twinscan system independently
