Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is hiring Service Technicians and Service Engineers across semiconductor, electrical, marine, electronics and engineering solutions. The role covers installing, maintaining and supporting equipment at customer sites with a 5-day workweek and opportunities for local and overseas travel.

Locations include North, East and West, with entry-level positions available and comprehensive training provided to develop technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, machine installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair is an advantage.
• Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade and provide technical support for semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and resolve electronic and mechanical equipment issues through troubleshooting and necessary adjustments.
• Develop a strong understanding of equipment systems and operating parameters to support fault diagnosis and process improvements.
• Support equipment operations at customers' semiconductor fabs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Assist senior engineers with advanced technical tasks, including robot teaching and sub-unit servicing.
• Handle and maintain assigned jigs and equipment during service operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• participate in team meetings and technical presentations to share knowledge and updates.
• Perform 24/7 standby duties according to the assigned roster.
• Support shift work and ad-hoc delivery duties when required.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Travel locally and overseas occasionally for training and customer support.
