Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated engineering support candidate in Singapore. The role involves assisting in manufacturing and technical operations, supporting process improvements, and documenting engineering activities.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, installation, and qualification of equipment, plus coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. Travel or on-site support may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Study in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, or other related engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects and daily technical operations across manufacturing or customer support activities.
• Assist in process improvement, equipment optimization, and engineering documentation.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment or production processes.
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, work instructions, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support equipment setup, process validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in engineering meetings and provide technical updates on project progress.
• Assist in implementing engineering standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support ad hoc engineering assignments, including occasional travel or on-site support when required.
