Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor) to support customers in Singapore.

The role involves startup and installation of semiconductor machines, on-site diagnostics, and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime. Candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience, be able to work in cleanroom environments, and possess relevant mechanical or mechatronic qualifications.

Qualifications

• Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in semiconductor machine maintenance.
• Able to work in cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Startup and install semiconductor machines.
• On-site installation, diagnose, troubleshoot, service and repair equipment.
• Implement continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair work.
• Serve as company contact point with customers on technical matters and provide timely solutions to complaints.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Working days: 5 days, 9am to 6pm

Location: Woodlands

Salary: $3000 - $3500 + OT Pay + AWS

Job scope:

• Semiconductor machines startup and installation
• Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing
• Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications and repairing works
• Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters
• Attends to customers complaints and provides timely solutions
• Other ad hoc duties
