Job summary

ULVAC Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to participate in the installation, commissioning and initial maintenance/training to customers of ULVAC products. The role involves working at customer sites to ensure proper setup and ongoing reliability of vacuum pump systems.

You will diagnose electrical issues, perform wiring and control panel checks, and maintain detailed service reports while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of existing company products (Entron line).
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Assist in overhaul, repair, and testing of dry and wet vacuum pumps.
• Perform basic electrical diagnostics, wiring work, and component-level troubleshooting.
• Assist in PLC program uploads, adjustments, and control panel checks.
• Maintain accurate service reports and records.
• Comply with company safety and service quality standards.
