Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer to commission new products, service and troubleshoot installed systems, and train customers and distributors. You will work with project teams on site, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose faults across HV/LV systems.

Candidate should have 2–3 years in power/industrial settings, read schematics, and operate diagnostic tools. Safety certifications and a willingness to work shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in uninterrupted power system or related industrial setting.
• Able to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• WSQ-Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health preferred.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 20kg and working in construction/electrical environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on installation & commissioning on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace cycle parts to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in transformers, breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• Comply with safety protocols (Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
