Job summary

Riello UPS Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer to drive commissioning of new products, service and troubleshoot installed systems, and deliver training to customers and distributors on-site.

The role requires hands-on work with HV/LV systems, reading schematics, and using diagnostic tools. You will join a team that emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous learning, with shift work and potential weekend duties.

Qualifications

NITEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in uninterrupted power system or related industrial setting; fresh graduates welcome.
Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Current Clamp), and HV/LV systems.”
WSQ-Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health in Construction/Process plant/Shipyard preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams of Installation & commissioning on site.
Perform preventive maintenance activities and parts replacement to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and resolve faults in transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
Document maintenance activities, incidents and repairs.
Comply with safety protocols (Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
