Qualifications

Diploma or higher in engineering disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service or on-site technical support.
Proven hands-on skills in field commissioning, actuator setup, troubleshooting, and DCS communication debugging.

Responsibilities

Execute on-site field commissioning by setting up, configuring, and adjusting actuators to meet operational requirements.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently through on-site troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Debug DCS communication systems and provide relevant technical support on-site to ensure seamless integration.
Deliver professional technical assistance to customers on-site to maintain stable and reliable equipment performance.
