Responsibilities

• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites.
• Perform start-up, cut over and check-out activities on newly installed systems.
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tools.
• Coordinate service actions with customers to minimize downtime.
• Carry out diagnostic procedures and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and logs.
