Job summary

Honeywell Technologies, located in Singapore, is seeking a Sr. Treasury Analyst to oversee treasury and cash management across Asia-Pacific, driving optimal structures and ensuring cash visibility.

You will manage Trade Finance facilities and participate in regulatory compliance and banking relationships. The role requires 5+ years in corporate treasury, expertise with FIS Quantum and related tools, and a detail-oriented, highly organized approach.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of corporate treasury experience in an MNC and/or banking industry with degree in finance/business/accounting.
• At least 4 yrs of Financial, IT, Treasury systems use (FIS Quantum).
• Strong knowledge of Central Bank regulations and Exchange Controls of Asia-Pacific countries.
• Advanced user of Excel & Word; comfortable in various IT environment and applications; working knowledge with FIS Quantum, GTC Komgo, SAP, 360T, FXAll & Bloomberg.
• Prior experience in corporate finance & treasury risk management.
• Experience in Treasury/banking aspect of M&A and Divestitures.
• Familiar with MNC’s global Treasury setup and operations.
• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash management of countries assigned; continuous process and structural improvement, taking advantage of evolving technology and regulatory environment to maintain optimal structures
• Manage legal entities cash investment, enhance yield within Honeywell's Cash Investment Policy
• Maintain data integrity in Treasury Management System (TMS) for assigned countries through daily reconciliation of cashflows in TMS
• Review and approving of Trade Finance facilities (Bank Guarantee applications)
• Support Global Cash Repatriation and Legal Entity Simplification activities
• Recommend appropriate Capital Structures in legal entity restructuring
• Support M&A and Divestiture activities, in areas of regulatory compliance as well as banking support
• Implement and roll out global treasury related projects as assigned
• Familiarity with Systems & Reporting, providing support to relevant stakeholders in the form of providing access and connectivity
• Generation of weekly reporting
• Maintain excellent Banking relationships

The Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for all treasury and cash management activities in assigned Asia-Pacific countries. For these countries, he/she will maintain and periodically review all cash management structures and banking arrangements to achieve cash visibility, concentration and cash investment in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. He/she will also be involved in the management of Trade Finance (Bank Guarantees) review process.
