Job summary

ASPECTUS ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to assist in installation, commissioning, maintenance and testing of equipment. You will prepare field service reports after servicing and provide technical support to customers.

You will coordinate job arrangements and schedules, maintain product databases and related documentation, and continuously develop professional and technical knowledge. A valid Class 3 driving licence is required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or higher required.
Basic knowledge of 3-phase electrical connections.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
Prepare and compile field service reports after equipment servicing.
Provide technical and engineering support for products, services, and equipment by responding to customer inquiries and requests.
Coordinate job arrangements and work schedules.
Maintain and update product databases and related documentation.
Continuously maintain and improve professional and technical knowledge.
