Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician to provide on-site technical and service support for CNC machines, including installation and preventive maintenance. You will coordinate service calls and work with customers and distributors to ensure reliable operation and satisfaction.

The role involves inspecting machines before shipment, guiding customers on maintenance best practices, and collaborating with Service and Application teams to support overseas markets.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Supervisor based in Singapore for overall Technical and Service support in Singapore.
• Schedule and monitor service call requests from customer.
• Installation of CNC Machining Centers and Lathes.
• Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of CNC Controller, CNC Machining Centers, and Lathes.
• Perform on-site inspection and preventive maintenance of CNC machines: including geometry checks and laser calibration
• Perform pre-shipment inspection of CNC machines at warehouse prior to shipment and delivery to overseas market.
• Guide customers on routine maintenance of machines based on best practices.
• Work closely with the Service and Application teams providing support to overseas customers and distributors.
