Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Technician (M&E / Industrial Machinery) to service CNC and laser engraving/cutting machines. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning at customer sites.

Responsibilities include training customers on hardware and software, handling after-sales inquiries, and coordinating with Sales for parts and support. Occasional overseas travel and on-site work at Ubi (Office) or islandwide locations are included.

Qualifications

• Basic CAD/CAM software knowledge is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems is required.
• Training will be provided for machine software, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair CNC and laser engraving/cutting machines.
• Perform machine demonstrations, material testing, sample production, and engraving/cutting applications.
• Install and commission new equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Provide customer training on machine hardware, software operations, and basic maintenance procedures.
