Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking an Equipment Service Engineer in Singapore to install, test, and maintain automation systems. You will troubleshoot electrical and electronic components, configure software, and communicate with customers to ensure service quality.

You will handle onsite support, prepare detailed service reports, and coordinate with internal teams. Travel to overseas assignments on short notice is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of automation systems setup or service experience.
• Proficiency with servo motors and robots.
• Experience installing software and configuring PCs and machines.
• Ability to read equipment log files and debug breakdowns.
• Willingness to travel overseas on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Automation system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Set up electronics controllers, PC, and install software.
• Perform onsite machine buy-off as per agreed customer requirements.
• Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes to repair failures.
• Read electrical/electronic circuits and machine logs to identify root cause.
• Repair electrical components, setup robot software, PC software.
• Establish a seamless interface between customers and the company.
• Demonstrate high integrity and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Spearhead customer issues and coordinate with internal departments and customer stakeholders to resolve them efficiently. Escalate to management if necessary.
• Respond to phone support and onsite support requests in accordance with SLA.
• Prepare and present accurate, detailed service reports in a timely manner.
