DKSH Management Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver technical support, installation, and after-sales services for advanced automation equipment within the Technology unit.

You will work on-site with customers, perform installations and training, and collaborate with sales and service teams to grow the service portfolio while ensuring high customer satisfaction and reliable equipment performance.

Competenze

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor/SMT preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.

Mansioni

• Support service sales targets by identifying opportunities with sales and service teams.
• Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of automation equipment.
• Deliver training on operation, setup, and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide after-sales technical support to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct product application testing to validate performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and position DKSH as a trusted provider.
• Provide regular project progress updates to the manager and assist with admin tasks.
