Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a Global Leader in Industrial 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing to recruit a Field Service Engineer in Singapore. This permanent role offers an office in Central, with work hours Mon to Fri, and a basic salary between SG$4,500 and SG$6,000 plus AWS and VB.

You will provide on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training, while ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• 2–4 years hands-on troubleshooting with automation, electrical, and 3D printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
• Maintain accurate service records and conduct timely on-site service visits to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate internal and external team to ensure the service standard, customer satisfaction and technical support.
• Attend to customer sites and perform machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning, and operational verification.
