Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is partnering with a Global Leader in Industrial 3D Printing to fill a permanent Field Service Engineer role. You will perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, installations and customer training at client sites.

The position requires a Diploma/Engineering degree and 3–5 years hands-on experience with automation and electrical systems. Work is Monday to Friday, in an on-site Central Singapore office, with a competitive SGD salary plus AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years hands-on troubleshooting with automation, electrical and industrial 3D printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and customer training.
• Maintain service records and conduct on-site visits to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to meet service standards and support customers.
• Attend customer sites for assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning and verification.

• Coordinate internal and external team to ensure the service standard, customer satisfaction and technical support.
• Attedn to customer sites and perform machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning, and operational verification.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• 3 - 5 years trobleshooting hands‑on experience with automation, electrical, industrial 3D printing equipment & machinery
