is expanding its Field Service team in Singapore. We are seeking several Field Service Engineers to provide technical support and maintenance services for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment across customer sites. You will perform site surveys, on-site installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and upgrades, while ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional service by phone, email or in person.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys prior to tools installation
• Support and perform on-site installations and acceptance tests
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Perform tools preventive maintenance
• Implement equipment upgrades and modifications
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service via phone, email or in person
• Conduct training to our customers on-site personnel

We are expanding rapidly and urgently looking for several Field Service Engineers to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our customers in Singapore. As a key member of our Field Service Team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our customers' production facilities.

What will you be doing ?
