Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education; a business or marketing degree is a plus.
• Proven track record in FMCG or field sales is preferred; fresh graduates with drive are welcome.
• Strong English communication for interactions with customers and teams.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit trade areas (supermarkets, convenience stores, wholesalers) to develop market presence.
• Pitch and promote fruits and snacks to current and prospective customers to gain new accounts.
• Present products emphasizing quality, pricing, and promotions to close sales.
• Maintain long-term relationships by handling inquiries and ensuring repeat business.
• Conduct market surveys to monitor competition, prices, and trends.
• Collect and organize market price data; prepare timely reports for strategy.
