Job summary

Perfect Engineering in Singapore is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee equipment structures, installations and facilities at project sites. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant supervision experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Occasional travel between office and sites and night shifts may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in supervision works.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous.
• Highly motivated and proactive; capable of working independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to travel regularly between office and sites.
• Prepared to work on site and perform night work when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee works on equipment structures, installations, deployments at sites.
• Plan and work out the resource provision requirements, work, schedule, and SOP for works at sites.
• Review planned work schedule and method statements prior to commencement of site work activities.
• Ensure that works are carried out to design, meeting safety, health, environmental and comfort requirements for stakeholders.
• Identify defects and damages at site infrastructures, including equipment and facilities, as well as theft, accidents, and incidents.
• Carry out safety training to instil safety awareness and ensure safety rules at sites are adhered to by all site personnel.
• Be part of Safety Committee and ensure compliance to COP and WSH, MOH & MOM Guidelines.
• Resolve any unexpected problems or difficulties that may arise at sites.
• Prepare regular reports to update site progress, resource utilisation, requirements, past and on-going activities.
