Job summary

TRUST-BUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervision and Coordination professional in Singapore. You will supervise day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality control, and on-time progress in line with schedules.

You will monitor progress, mobilize manpower, order materials, and oversee works per design and regulations. Regular reports and site meetings ensure stakeholders stay informed and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, PE Board recognition preferred.
• At least 2 years of engineering experience on civil projects.
• Experience on construction sites with high workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations.
• Monitor progress and identify delays, implementing corrective actions.
• Mobilize manpower and coordinate planning, ordering, and delivery of materials.
• Oversee execution of works per plans and regulations.
• Prepare monthly progression reports for client and consultants.
• Attend site meetings and conduct inspections for quality control.
