Job summary

WEI!INSPIRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Support candidate to assist the Operations Executive and team in events, retail, and warehouse activities. The role involves delivering materials, supporting VM displays, and helping deploy field materials.

You may be required to work overtime for urgent events, roadshows, or deployments, with flexibility around hours. Driving is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail environments is preferred.
• IT retail exposure is a plus but not essential.
• Class 3 Driving License is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in delivering marketing materials to designated locations.
• Support in setup and rectification of VM displays and retail demos.
• Help prepare deployment materials for field teams.
• Maintain tidiness and organization of the warehouse for easy access to materials.
• Support in shifting and moving items for events and projects.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.
