Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities in Singapore. You will ensure adequate manpower to carry out duties and coordinate with the warehouse manager and staff to prepare items for logistics.

You will also ensure inventory transactions are completed on time and stock accuracy is maintained, and you will plan with the Ops team to meet delivery schedules. The role offers good pay, allowances, and a bonus.

Responsibilities

Be responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties
Work with warehouse manager or management appointed staff on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement
To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timelines and maintain stock accuracy
Plan and coordinate with Ops team to ensure timely delivery
