Job summary

Quantinuum is expanding across Asia Pacific with Singapore as a strategic hub. The Field Marketing Director, Singapore will own the APAC field marketing strategy and translate GTM priorities into integrated programs that build market presence, engage priority accounts, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue.

This is a highly visible regional leadership role blending strategy with hands-on execution and close partnership with sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional APAC field marketing strategy, annual plan, and priorities tied to GTM objectives and revenue goals
  • Build demand-gen goals and strategies in partnership with sales; drive marketing-influenced pipeline
  • Lead regional GTM execution and align across sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Own strategy and measurement of conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, and customer events across APAC
  • Support go-to-market messaging with Corporate Communications and ensure consistent APAC presence
  • Identify regional content needs and create or adapt presentations, assets, and regional messaging
  • Identify regional PR and social opportunities and coordinate with Corporate PR and agencies
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders including government, industry partners, and ecosystem collaborators
  • Budget management: manage annual regional marketing budget, track spend and ROI
  • Leadership: coach one direct report based in Japan; manage agency partners and set goals

The successful candidate will bringstrongB2B technology marketing experience, atrackrecordin field marketing andpipelinegeneration, strong written English, and the ability to adapt globalmessagingfor diverse APAC markets.This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving regional environment, is comfortable taking initiative, and can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing strategy: Own the regional APAC field marketing strategy, annual plan, and priorities aligned to go-to-market objectives, target accounts, priority industries, and revenue goals.
  • Demand generation and pipeline: Build demand-generation goals andprogramstrategies in partnership with sales;take direct responsibility formarketing-influenced pipeline, sales alignment, conversion, and measurable revenue impact.
  • Regional GTM alignment: Lead regional go-to-market execution and maintain alignment across sales and marketing stakeholders, translating business priorities into coordinated market plans. Build communications structure with Sales and Corporate stakeholders.
  • Events and conferences: Own the strategy, portfolio, execution, follow-up, and measurement of conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, workshops, customer events,ecosystem engagements,and other fieldprogramsacross APAC. Support on-site execution and help resolve practical issues as they arise.
  • Corporate communications: Support regionalgo-to-marketmessagingand market presencein close coordination with Corporate Communications;providelocaldirectionto communication strategy.EnsureQuantinuum’spresence inAPAC is communicated clearly and consistently across events, partnerships, and stakeholder materials.
  • Content development: Identify local and regional contentrequirements, secure delivery from marketing partners, and create or adapt presentations, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, regional messaging, and event content.
  • PR, social, and media relations: Identify regional PR and social opportunities and collaborate with Corporate PR and agency partners tosupportconsistent, high-qualityexecution. Asneeded,help develop timelyregionalcommunications,such asLinkedIn posts, eventmessaging, briefing notes, andother external communications within corporate guidelines,when central or agency resources are constrained.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Work effectively with internal leaders, sales teams, technical experts, government stakeholders, industry partners, academic institutions, and ecosystem collaborators to support events, campaigns, and partnership activities.
  • Budget management: Build and manage the annual regional marketing budget; oversee initiatives, agencies, and vendors; track spend, compliance, return on investment, and forecast accuracy.
  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop one direct report based in Japan;manageagency partners; and establish clear goals, accountability, and acollaborative,high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years in B2B field, demand generation, or regional marketing for enterprise or deep technology.
  • Proven APAC marketingsuccess indemand generation, sales alignment, pipeline growth, and measurablerevenueimpact.
  • End-to-end leadership ofcomplex events,conferences, executive briefings, roundtables, or customer programs.
  • Experiencewithevent, communicationand CRMplatformssuch asCvent,Bizzabo,iCapture,HubSpot, Monday.com,orWebex.
  • Able to useAI for profiling, personalization,Customercommunications, and planning.
  • Strong budgeting, vendor management, performance tracking, ROI measurement, and multi-stakeholder project deliveryskills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to produce clear, polished communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Comfortable drafting short-form communications such as LinkedIn posts, event copy, stakeholder messages, and press release inputs within corporate guidelines.
  • Excellent sales partnership, cross-functional stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and resourceful, with the ability to operate independently in a lean regional team.
  • Experience coaching direct reports and managing agenciesorvendors– particularly to integrate their services strategically into theworkload.
Desirable:
  • Experience marketingtechnicalsectors such asquantum computing, high-performance computing, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or other emerging technologies.
  • Regional experience spanning multiple APAC markets and cultures, including Singaporeand Japan
  • Experience engaging government bodies, industry associations, research institutions, academicorganizations, andstrategic ecosystem partners.
