Job summary

Classiq Technologies is seeking a full‑time Quantum Application Engineer in Singapore to support customers and prospects, troubleshoot quantum algorithms, and manage related projects. You’ll collaborate with researchers, engineers, and sales teams to drive adoption of Classiq’s platform across APAC.

You will apply deep knowledge of quantum software, guide customers to success, and present compelling demonstrations of novel quantum algorithms and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Python programming is an advantage.

• Provide technical support and guidance to Classiq’s customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage projects related to quantum algorithms and applications.
• Collaborate closely with Classiq’s global Quantum Application Engineering team and cross‑functional teams across APAC.

You’ll join Classiq as a Quantum Application Engineer based in Singapore where you’ll play a key role in advancing our quantum software platform. You’ll work closely with researchers, engineers, and product leaders, take ownership of meaningful initiatives, and contribute directly to both our technology and our culture as we scale.

We are seeking a full‑time Quantum Application Engineer to join our global quantum application engineering team.

Based in our Singapore office, you will focus on supporting our customers and prospects in Singapore.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure success through high‑quality technical support. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, project management, and applying a deep understanding of quantum algorithms, Classiq’s platform, and a range of quantum applications.

You will play a key role in driving sales in Singapore by ensuring customer success and identifying opportunities for product improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Director, the Quantum Solution Architect in Singapore, the VP, Head of APAC, and other Quantum Application Engineers in each region to promote Classiq’s values and brand across Singapore’s quantum ecosystem.

While this position is primarily office‑based, we offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home.

• Act as a Classiq evangelist in Singapore, promoting Classiq’s technology, brand, and values within the local quantum computing ecosystem.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical support, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
• Native or full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in another language commonly spoken in APAC is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python programming is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively in a remote and globally distributed environment.
