Job summary

Health Sciences Authority (HSA) seeks a Senior Intelligence Officer/Assistant Intelligence Officer (Field Intelligence) to join a team conducting intelligence operations into breaches of HSA legislation and regulatory standards. You will gather, develop and assess intelligence on the ground, providing timely, actionable insights to support enforcement actions and decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant enforcement, regulatory, intelligence, investigation or related operational functions.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Keen observation skills and situational awareness for intelligence value.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Resourceful and able to work independently or within a team while handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop and assess ground intelligence on potential breaches of HSA legislation and regulatory standards.
• Proactively monitor on-the-ground issues, incidents and trends for enforcement action.
• Analyse information from various sources to identify patterns and translate findings into leads and recommendations.
• Prepare timely intelligence reports, assessments and briefings for management and teams.
• Support planning and conduct of intelligence-led operations and coordinate with partners.
