Job summary

Health Sciences Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior/Assistant Director, Processing & Analysis to lead a team of analysts. You will plan and oversee intelligence and surveillance into breaches of HSA legislations and regulatory standards.

You will oversee deliverables, triage caseloads, and coordinate with higher authorities to ensure timely follow-up actions, while mentoring officers and updating SOPs.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in intelligence analysis or related fields, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team to perform at their best.
• Clear direction and decisive guidance in dynamic situations.
• Sound judgment in overseeing the quality of intelligence deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of intelligence deliverables and ensure high standards.
• Allocate and triage caseload across the team.
• Coordinate with Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director for timely follow-up actions.
• Prioritise requests from other Departments within Enforcement Cluster.
• Provide guidance and mentorship; identify training opportunities.
• Review and update internal SOPs for relevance and effectiveness.
• Drive SOPs/workflows with external agencies where applicable.
• Develop intelligence infrastructure and support systems.
