Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for an energetic retail activation professional to support adidas campaigns and product launches across wholesale accounts in Singapore. You will coordinate store openings, SIS installations, and audits to ensure brand compliance and smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail activation or related fields, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail activation, trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations, or project management.
• Exposure to wholesale account management and experience within the sports, fashion, or consumer retail industry is advantageous.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with frequent store visits.
• Passion for sports, retail, and consumer brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Support seasonal campaigns and product launches across wholesale accounts, ensuring timely delivery of collateral and POSM.
• Retail Operations Management: Act as the main liaison for wholesale partners, coordinating store openings, renovations, and SIS installations.
• Visual Merchandising & Brand Compliance: Ensure partner stores adhere to adidas brand and visual standards via audits.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure activations and retail initiatives.
• Commercial Support: Drive in-store execution to boost sell-through and optimize display placement.
• Project & Budget Management: Maintain activation calendars, oversee budgets, and identify risks.
