iConnexion is seeking a Field Application Engineer Manager (FAE Manager) to lead our Penang-based FAE team and drive design-in opportunities across consumer, automotive, and industrial markets. You will oversee all field applications activities, mentor FAEs, manage customer and supplier relationships, and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions in a fast-paced, customer-facing leadership role.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering or application/design engineering, preferably in semiconductors, connectors, modules, or PCBA.
• Proven experience in leading a technical team or managing multiple FAEs.
• Strong knowledge of electronics design, embedded systems, analog/digital circuits, and electromechanical applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally to support customer projects.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, technical sales support, or account management is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with design-in, prototyping, and mass production support.
