Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Python and automation scripting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Provides trade floor support to the FX and Commodities front office traders and middle office operations.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while validating outputs.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities to improve value realized by automation.
• Troubleshoots complex business and infrastructure related issues to ensure continuity and minimal downtime.
• Develops monitoring tools, automation solutions, and helper APIs to reduce manual work.
