Job summary

Manus AI in Singapore seeks a seasoned Community Operations leader to own global Fellow Program, online communities, and user feedback loops. You will coordinate onboarding, support, content, and performance evaluation to drive product adoption.

Responsibilities include running office hours, demos, workshops, content planning, and cross-functional collaboration to close gaps and scale community impact across channels.

Qualifications

• Care deeply about community and user experience.
• 3+ years in community operations or related programs.
• Experience owning at least one program end-to-end.
• Strong cross-functional communication and execution skills.
• Ability to derive insights from feedback and document decisions.
• Manus power user with ability to explore product and use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Fellow Program end-to-end; define goals, roles, and evaluation criteria.
• Run global online communities; establish structure, rules, cadence, and escalations.
• Gather feedback from discussions, events, and interactions; prioritize and route to owners.
• Coordinate office hours, product demos, workshops, and reusable examples for enablement.
• Plan and publish content; highlight user stories and community contributions.
• Evaluate participation, outputs, learning outcomes, and content performance; iterate.
