The NeighbourWok Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a friendly stall assistant to support daily food preparation and fast-paced stall operations. You will prepare ingredients, take orders, handle POS payments, pack orders, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hawker operations is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking to support food preparation and stall operations
• Take orders and process POS and cashless payments accurately
• Pack dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders with attention to detail
• Serve and hand over food to customers promptly and courteously
• Replenish ingredients, sauces, packaging and other supplies
• Receive and organise stock deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, kitchen, and work areas
• Wash utensils, cookware and equipment to support hygiene standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOPs to ensure compliance and safety
• Provide friendly and polite customer service to enhance customer experience
• Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the stall
• Perform other stall-related duties to support team operations
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods
• Collaborate with team members and show willingness to learn
