Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or café experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to our recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily mise en place and food preparation.
• Ensure food is prepared and served efficiently during service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning and presentation.
• Keep your workstation clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Follow proper food hygiene and safety practices.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support the kitchen team with general day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with the Chef and service team to ensure smooth operations.
